Review: Feels like I'm back to school! - This is definitely a workbook in the most literal sense. I remember those days in school where I would have these thick hardcover textbooks and a companion workbook with the exact same cover but the workbook only contains the stuff I want to answer. This "Think Like a Monk" workbook works the same way with action plans and checklists laid out in various chapters of the book. On top of that, Robin Reads cleverly summarize each of Shetty's chapters into easy-to-digest segments. I appreciate the "Key Insights" sections and I feel they did enough to keep me from checking out Shetty's book for the most part although his Audiobook version I still highly recommend! Consider this book as more of a companion which helps you act out all the mind training you learned in the original as well as get key refreshers. Totally worked out for me and please support Shetty's work too!
