I have tried several Volcano Science kits and this one has been the favorite. I appreciate the fact that it takes at least three days to do this activity. One day of prepping/ casting, one day of painting, and then you are ready for the volcano eruption. The fact that the volcano can be erupted over and over is a game changer too.

I got this model kit as part of a project, and I thought it would be good and fun to build. It’s quality, but the plaster is hard to handle.

The ingredients suggested didn’t react. It was truly disappointing. My students and I had to get creative with our own ideas and stuck a cup in the hole to help the concoctions come out easier. Not worth the price and annoying I spent school money on this.
