Good stack. Delivers on expectations. I will purchase again.
I'm down 10 lbs in 18 days, and I have had multiple individual days of over 1 lb of fat loss, but that's not why I gave this product 5 stars. Let's be honest. The changes I've made (slow carb / ketogenic hybrid diet) have as much to do with it as any supplements. I work in cycles, and I decided to start a fat-burning cycle because my waist had gotten too large. I can't tell you how much of my results were due to supplementation vs. diet. I can say that I've had the most steady gains on days that I have been the most disciplined about PAGG supplementation, but again, that's just one factor. The bottom line is that overall, TF's recommended tactics in 4HB work when applied together. JUST REALIZE THAT YOU CAN"T TAKE A MAGIC PILL AND EXPECT MIRACLES, THEN POST A 1-STAR RATING WHEN YOU'RE DISAPPOINTED.My 5 star rating is for the following reasons:-Decent price-Timely delivery-Quality packaging-Thoughtfulness behind the formulation. This one is important. I CAN say definitely that I notice the addition of the electrolytes to the stack. Specifically, 500 mg of Magnesium makes me sleep noticeably better.

Been taking for a while now
I have been taking this product for a while now. It gives me a lot of energy and I love that it has the added electrolytes. The size is good and it’s easy to swallow. I try to take it before each meal, but sometimes I forget I still seem to feel the benefits of it though

Pretty good
Was requested to write a review of this product. It's all in all a good product, but I won't be buying again. I lost about 9 pounds in two weeks following the 4hb slow carb diet plan paired with these supplements. However I can't be sure if they helped with the fatloss, I didn't experience energy boosts or any cognitive improvement. This is my personal experience however, and you should try this for yourself. Tim Ferris knows what he is talking about and this will help you a lot of you have a lot of weight to loose.

Great for Tim Ferriss Slow Carb Diet
I've purchased this product several times and am quite happy with it overall. It is very effective when used in conjunction with the slow-carb diet. It has been for me anyway. I've actually lost about 4 inches from my waist and hips over the course of several months doing the diet plan and taking the PAGG supplement. There is one big thing about this version of the PAGG stack (the Kirkland version) that's very misleading, however in my opinion. The Kirkland version comes with exactly twice as many pills as the original PAGG stack. and they both cost about the same. Seems like a great deal but it's actually not. If you look further you uncover what appears to be some very deceptive marketing. Turns out the suggested daily use for the Kirkland version tells you to take exactly twice as many pills as the the original PAGG stack. In reality, they both cost about the same amount of money despite what Kirkland would have you believe. The original PAGG stack comes with 78 day pills and 26 night pills.- Original PAGG Stack Suggested Use (and Cycle Instructions): + Mealtime supplement: Take three capsules daily, six days per week. Skip dosages on the seventh day. + Bedtime supplement: Take one capsule daily before sleeping at night, six days per week. Skip dosages on the seventh day.The Kirkland stack comes with 156 day pills and 54 night pills.- Kirkland PAGG Stack Suggested Use: + Mealtime supplement: As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules three times daily before meals. + Bedtime supplement: As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules before sleep.- Kirkland PAGG Stack Cycle Instructions: + Mealtime supplement: Take one (1) day off every week. Take one (1) week off every month. +- Bedtime supplement: Take one (1) day off every week. Take one (1) week off every month. If you do the math, you'll see that you're not actually saving any money with Kirkland's product if you follow the suggested use. This is true because you have to take twice as many of the Kirkland version as you do the original PAGG stack. In reality, the cost of both is essentially the same.Despite the misleading marketing, I'm still quite happy overall with the results I've gotten while using this product.

Convenient, and Effective thus far (1.5months of use, as of date)
After starting the 4HB and SlowCarbDiet then moving onto Occam's Protocol, been using it for about 1.5 months now. Love how it makes it simpler than buying 3~4 different bottles of each PAGG on its own. (Note: I originally started 4HB and was using only ALA and EGCG for the first month, still had great results due to the diet and M.E.D. exercises. Added the full PAGG/AGG stack since I was convince this whole thing was for real and gave real results :-) )Important note, I was "careless" and did not read the bottle label correctly, so I have been taking ONLY 1 PAGG pill per meal and ONLY 1 AGG before sleep... for the last 5 weeks... stupid, right? (PAGG serving size is 2 pills, and AGG serving size is 3 pills). BUT I am still getting good results with the whole SlowCarbDiet and then Occam's Protocol. Starting today, will be taking the right dosage. Hoping it'll further improve results. :-)
