Do I remove the entire pad and replace after cleansing?** A: I would just wipe off the bandage and continue to change it weekly. I wipe the skin with a skin prep pad prior to sticking the bandage on so that helps it to stay put. **Q: Can one shower with this product?** A: Yes. Sometimes it will come off in the shower but sometimes it stays in place. **Q: how can i use my insurace to pay for the product?** A: It must be ordered through a medical provider and direct mailed to you.
