There was only one problem I started to notice after about 6 to 7 months in and it was that the battery wouldn't warn me that they were about to die so sometimes they would die without warning I'm not sure if it's my controller or the packs but it isn't too big a deal. As for the gaming time it's still about a full day's of charge with each pack (I play at least 10 hours a day since the whole COVID-19 thing happened) so the battery life is still really good. In order to get this working with my newer X controller, I took the battery door that came with the controller and cut a hole to fit the battery and expose the charging terminals. **Q: So the chord charges the battery pack?
