I didn't want a full OtterBox but more protection than a standard folio which offers little protection. This case is awesome because a) you can stand your iPad in all different configurations, and b) it's got rubber borders and seems to offer a lot of protection. Also it has a spot for the apple Pencil so I won't lose it.
