I like a lighter roast but want rich flavor and this has it. Used to get it from Central Market but doesn't taste like it used to. Not same rich flavor and no visible pieces of pecans. So ordered on line after Covid hit us. Much better and taste like it did before. I would like to say it does not have as many pecans as it did a year ago.
