The default ones from Meta are next to useless. They're cheap and flimsy and they don't stay in place for longer than a couple of minutes, so you're constantly adjusting the headset to get that sweet spot where everything is clear. There's a lot of cheap chinese versions of it, which all pretty much look the same, so it's hard to choose. After watching a few videos on YouTube, one name kept popping up, Kiwi. So I decided to pull the trigger, and I'm glad I did. It was very easy to fit after removing the old one (which came out easily) just slide the top strap through the slot, clip the rear head cushion to the frame, and adjust with the wheel to your head size. It's guaranteed to fit the biggest of heads comfortably. The best thing about it, alongside the comfort, is how secure it is on your head. There's no more making adjustments to it while using a fitness app, it just stays where it's meant to stay. There's also no more plastic digging into your head, as everything is padded with PU covered memory foam. Adjusting it couldn't be easier. You just have to turn a wheel at the back to tighten or loosen it.
