From a cursory read of the ingredients and nutrition table on the bottle, they do seem to be pretty healthy with low sugar and a good amount of protein and by drinking one or two a day I can easily get more calories. Flavors are a mixed bag but that's why you buy this one first. To me, they all have a mildly strange aftertaste and heavy texture but the flavors do a lot to make them palatable. Banana is very good, mint chocolate is alright, and vanilla and strawberry are bad. Ofcourse, your tongue is different but I would expect to find a couple flavors you dislike in this pack. Unsure on how I feel about the price but I'm leaning on it being too high. If nothing else, the ingredients in these things aren't that complex and the bottle is still plastic. In terms of 'meal replacement' I'm not sure these will work for you just because they don't contain all that many calories, 400 a bottle. Drinking 3 would put you at 1200 for one day and not only is your current meal habit putting you over that, it should put you over that unless you are very very small.
