**Q: how long does this take to dry?**
A: Depends.  It comes out servable, but soft.  So if you wanted to decorate then serve, maybe give it a minute or two to firm.  If you plan to stack/store decorated cookies, allow at least 15-30 minutes (I generally wait a couple of hours after decorating) to prevent smooshing and smearing.

**Q: could you use this on a cake to write a name?**
A: We would recommend a decorating icing tube! The cookie icing is a flooding consistency so it is not the best for detailed lettering or designs.

**Q: hi, is this item vegan?**
A: We do not certify or guarantee that any of our products are Vegetarian or Vegan.
