Twice I ordered, first time it came - not turning on, second time the replacement came and still not turning on! Finally they did give me an option to completely return and get a refund. The led turns on when on charge, but unplug and no response both the times. Fyi I thought maybe at first I wasn't using it correctly, followed it to a T and still nothing. Charged? Yes. Reset button? It's a joke, that thing doesn't press at allll. So in conclusion my experience got zero usability treatment. Such a shame i really wanted one.
