Review: BRIGHT!!! - These bulbs are 10 times brighter than my old bulbs that I thought were good. If you're looking for a bulb that actually lights up the road, this is the bulb.
Review: 2nd attempt, worse results! - These did not even last 48 hours! Now I have holes in my housing covers. This is the 2md time that I have tried Xentec, and it went even worse. The first set lasted about 6 months, and I thought that I could have mounted the ballast and staters better. So this time, I worked very hard to mount everything solid without any tight bends in the wires, but they they still failed. The wires coming out of the starter are arcing right at the box. These are extremely low quality, even for the cheap price. The frame for the bulb is Chunky plastic that won't allow the clip to fasten correctly. The seals on the connectors are too big for the mating connector. The wires are too short to mount. The list goes on. Avoid these kits at all cost.
