Sometimes it can be challenging to get my pants and underwear down in time to avoid an accident (having a urinary tract infection can increase urgency and bladder spasms can release built up fluid with little warning ). Not wearing any undergarments isn’t convenient either as I prefer to have some coverage of my backside. So, having the back covered while keeping the front open is more comfortable and far more practical for me.Not sure what these are made of but they seem a little warm.
