I bought this charm not for a car, but for a laptop. My daughter received a laptop from school this year and the only thing to differentiate hers and everyone else’s was a name card inside a clear slot. Therefore, I decided to buy her a charm so she can see which laptop is hers without reading all of the names. Not only is this charm is the perfect size for her laptop bag, but it is also really cute.

This car charm Ganz Car Charm Colored Butterfly looks as photoed. It is heavily antiqued--other photos present a brighter silver. It is not. The chain appears to be a bit shorter than described. The description references a passage (for the bird charm) that is not evident on this item. Please update the description by removing that wording. I was looking forward to the passage and had hoped it was a misreference (bird).
