Review: Super effective! - These are super effective for regulating digestion. I've tried many kinds and always find the shelf-stable varieties pretty worthless, and the refrigerated ones to work better. This one I guess is somewhere in between, as the bottle says "Refrigerate AFTER opening". But they work just as well if not better than the good kinds I have bought straight from the cooler in Natural Grocers. And at a much cheaper price! Definitely worth a try.

A: The bottle says "contains over 1 billion viable cells at the time of manufacture."  The ingredients list says:  "1 capsule:  proprietary blend 175 mg (Daily Value not established), containing Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus salivarius, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Streptococcus thermophilus.  Other ingredients:  Whey, fructooligosacharine, gelatin, citrus pectin, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate. Contains a milk ingredient (whey)."

**Q: What type of gelatine is in the capsule? Is it pigs? Please let me know.**
A: Not sure of Gelatin type, but other ingredients are listed as: Whey, Inulin, Gelatin, Cellulose, Citrus Pectin, <2% of: Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide and contains milk ingredients (whey).

These are super effective for regulating digestion. I've tried many kinds and always find the shelf-stable varieties pretty worthless, and the refrigerated ones to work better. This one I guess is somewhere in between, as the bottle says "Refrigerate AFTER opening". But they work just as well if not better than the good kinds I have bought straight from the cooler in Natural Grocers. And at a much cheaper price! Definitely worth a try.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helped with Frequent Stomachaches and Acid Reflux

I was having really bad stomachaches and stomach issues 2-3 times per week. I made a doctor’s appointment, and in the interim, started taking taking these. A month later, I realized my doctor’s appointment was the following week, but I hadn’t had a stomachache in weeks, so I was able to cancel the appointment. Additionally, I was taking Omperazole, Dexilant—all the GERD meds. I became immune to all of them. However, once I started taking these, I experimented with stopping my GERD meds, and now, I haven’t taken them in years! As soon as I run out of these, my acid reflux immediately returns. I wonder about whether these are meant to be used long-term everyday, but they are cheaper than my former prescription meds, so I’m sticking with them.
