I particularly liked reading that it was manufactured in the US. The product is in the form of a medium sized softgel, just a bit over 1/4 inch wide, so not hard to swallow at all. I have been taking this for about a month, and feel fewer aches after exercise.In a helpful pamphlet that is downloadable via PCNL, it is recommended that since CoQ10 is fat soluble it is best to take it with food to aid absorption. One thing that PCNL, and many other manufacturers, could do to improve their overall product is to put directions, cautions, and secondary ingredients, into a larger font and use black ink on a white background to improve readability on the bottle. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ great product!
