Review: Feels good!! - Took a bit to get the straps correct but I love it!! My back feels better with the brace and I love how it holds my shoulders!! I do have arthritis in my neck and back…. So glad I purchased it!!
Review: ok so how do i use this? - At $8, the saying you get what you pay for never has been more true. If it works it works, if not I guess next time I get a better one. Product is quite flimsy and looks cheesy, comes with no instructions how to use it, I guess you have to use your imagination. The waist part is easier to figure out, the shoulder part not so.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: I would like to wear this over my undershirt (a white tshirt) but under my dress shirt at the office. How noticeable would this product be?**
A: I have worn my brace underneath golf shirts without detection. The brace has a low profile but can, in my opinion, can be detected. Regarding dress shirt, it would depend on the shirt and preferred fit of that shirt. A cotton classic fit shirt would work best. A tighter fitting 'Euro' fit shirt may be more revealing. Also, transparency of the shirt fabric would be an issue. A lighter weight white fabric dress shirt would reveal the brace... much like a white sleeveless tank type T-shirt can be detected.

**Q: Is this good for heavy lifting work?**
A: Yes, it’s good for heavy work. I’m 5’7” 175 lbs it fits width wise but it’s too tall for me and bunches up in the back.

**Q: How do you know what size to get?**
A: Hi dear
Size-27.5"-49.5" Waist

S:waist length fits 27.5"-31.5"

 M:waist length fits 31.5"-37.5"

 L:waist length fits 35.5"-42.5"

XL:waist length fits 39.5"-46.5"

XXL:waist length fits 43.5"-49.5"
I hope my answer is helpful to you
Any question ple tell me

**Q: I would like to wear this over my undershirt (a white tshirt) but under my dress shirt at the office. How noticeable would this product be?**
A: If its not put on just rite you will see the shoulder straps bulge in the back. The product does what it advertises. But getting the ride height of the lumbar area will be key to getting the shoulder strap where it meets the back flat enough to not be seen.
