I’ll be using them again for my next one. I bought three so I could use them on rotation, and have been using them for about 45 mins 4 times a day. They mould to your body and stay put thanks to the two secure straps, you can even walk around if you want to, although I prefer to lie down. They calm, cool and soothe the incision and give me relief from the discomfort of the staples - which come out in another 3 days. I am currently 9 days post op. Really glad that I heard about these before my surgery.
