**Q: Can a folder folder fit into the partition?**
A: a file folder can fit into this black/gray file, but the top tab of the folder would get smashed once you closed the black/gray file.

**Q: Does it fit A4 paper size too?**
A: A4 size: 8 1⁄4 × 11 17⁄24, which means  just slightly wider and longer than 8.5" x 11" normal American size paper. Should fit with no probems.

**Q: Can anyone tell me the exact size of the tabs (unfolded and folded), please? (like if i wanted to cut my own from colored paper)**
A: tiny!  3cm by 1.5 cm

**Q: will it stand up or fall over if i put it on the desk?**
A: It depends.  With a small number of sheets, the base is narrow and it falls over.  With enough sheets inside, or if you force apart the accordion folds at the base, it will stand up.
