The wheels and handle seem to function well, and it rolls easily on our wooden floors. Additionally, the chest breaks down into its three parts easily and is easy to lock together. Both the top chest and middle chest have handles to pick them up when it is broken down. Access to the lower drawers is easy. The bottom drawer tilts outward so you don't have to bend all the way down to open it. The second drawer is a well made, with good drawer slides. Although I have a mild quibble with my second drawer, in that you have to give a slight extra push to slide it in the last quarter inch or so. The whole package when put together feels like one piece so you don't have to worry about each section squirming around when moving it.
