Very quiet and energy efficient. Will likely buy another for second bedroom. I had a pro install mine as I no nothing about electrical work.

Got what I paid for with this. Heat pump trips the power every time it turns on. Should have bought a reputable brand. I know the price is tempting but there's a reason these things are so cheap. I've been dealing with this thing for over a week and still can't get it to run. There's a relatively high possibility that this company is a scam. There are SO many other mini splits on the market, for the love of god don't buy this junk.
