But the handles might come off the lids; the actual pots are really good. It is more of a slow cook, but it’s really hard to burn on to the pot when they say “no stick” they mean it! Only once, I tried one of their flipping grill pans, and the handle broke off that one. Although that was the one with the flimsiest quality handle. Despite that, it cook flawlessly. I am sure this is true but I only use bamboo or non stick. The outside red coating has come off to some extent. That seemed to happen when I had them in the oven. I am not too worried about that since it has not affected the cooking surface.
