I’m obsessed with the difference my hair made and such short time frame mind you it’s now only the beginning of Feb 2024, I’ve been only taking 2 a day consistently. The only con I have about this pills are they are hard to swallow must eat a heavy meal or it will get stuck in your throat, I wish they were smaller, So what I been doing since it’s a gel like pill form, is keeping two pills out for a few hours or the day before and the pills will soften up a bit and makes it easier to swallow.
