Review: Great for sauce base - This is a 500g carton of passata. The carton is resealable and has a spout similar to a carton of juice. This is great as it means you can use a smaller amount then close the lid Nd keep in the fridge until next time. The passata is a little sweet but has the usual citric acid/ acidity regulator taste. A bit of honey and it's easily neutralised. It's nice and thick with a smooth texture. There's no big lumps or tough bits. Just a nice smooth tomato stuff. Good quality and value. Recommended.
