It is not something you would want to put something in that you are proud of or wanted to gift to somebody or display in your home. I received an order of two, and as you can see from the photos above, one arrived with a corner broken. The other one had one of the little metal "points" that holds the back to the frame loose under the glass (see photo above). If you want a nice frame for your photos or art, spend a little more and get something of quality with more pride of craftsmanship. ### ⭐⭐⭐ needs to improve packaging. minor blemishes. *by S***A on Reviewed in the United States on January 16, 2017* ordered 3 frames. box arrived with all 3 frames wrapped in extremely thin bubble wrap in a box too big. one of the frames shattered in the box, leaving glass everywhere. the frames themselves are okay. some of the paint on the wood was chipped, minor blemishes. the hanging hooks on the back were lopsided so I couldn't hang the frames from those and have the frames hang equally. But they were cheap, and you get what you pay for. I just needed something simple and not too fancy, and these fit the bill. ### ⭐ Don’t waste your time or money *by A***E on Reviewed in the United States on October 9, 2019* This item was flimsy, came in a huge box with no padding or packaging whatsoever, no plexi or glass included, corner joint separating and excessively scratched up. Returned immediately and will not be ordering again. I know this item is cheap and I wasn’t expecting but it’s still not worth it if it’s unusable and junk. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/37477602-snap-13x19-black-wood-wall-photo-frame](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/37477602-snap-13x19-black-wood-wall-photo-frame) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
