It is very helpful for the diversity of skin colors of my clients. To cover dark circles I would recommend a good concealer. I like these brands: Tarte, NARS, NYX, pro-conceal. I've been using this palette for years on clients. It is a very heavy cream so probably not great for hot summers and under hot lights unless you use a lot of setting powder. Also the case isn't super durable and the top will break if it is dropped even once so be careful. Incredible value for the money with amazing versatility for color mixing and matching. You can use it for concealing, foundation, color correcting, blush, contour, EVERYTHING! Definitely has buildable coverage. Does not play well with oil & will separate if not set well. Texture is very smooth.
