This isn't an issue for me because the waist is elastic and I'm just going to take them in a bit for a better fit. The other reviews are right about the belt, it's definately a piece of crap, (barely long enough to tie on in the back), but it still looks good with the rest of the costume. The wrist cuffs are very cool looking on as are the boot covers. Overall you can't beat this one for the price. (WARNING: I made the mistake of purchasing the Jack Sparrow bandana with dreds to go with this costume and it looks terrible. The hair attached to the bandana is almost BLONDE not black as pictured!!!)
