Review: Gentle but effective - After doing my research, I found that this type of iron has the highest absorption rate other than meat. I'd been using standard iron tablets for months but a recent test still showed I still had low iron levels, they also caused digestive issues. These on the other hand you can have daily with no digestion issues. After a few weeks I can feel my energy and sports recovery improving. I'm yet to take an iron test but given I'm able to take daily I'm optimistic ...but I will report back. Have recommended them to all my athlete friends on meat free diets.

This iron is amazing. Suffered from anemia and low ferratin severely and this was the only thing that made me feel better.
