I got this kit and just love the rolling mats. I can make several different kinds of sushi pretty easily. I tried the "sushi bazooka" but would rather just roll the sushi by hand using the mats. The chopsticks are really nice and my guests loved them. The dishes are great for soy sauce, and the wooden spreader/paddle work well. It's a great kit. I went to the "online recipe book" and there was some good information, but the photos don't match the recipes and that's a bit confusing...I realize that somebody has to translate Chinese to English to create the recipe "book" and that is likely the cause of the photo issues and some weird grammar/speling, but there is a ton of information on making sushi that you can easily find on the web.
