The ones I've worn the most have not shown any more wear than normal. **Q: Are these the stretch style now that seems to be taking over the regular???** A: The original zip fly, first created in 1967, the 505 Regular Fit Jeans are one of Levi's most popular straight fits. 100% Cotton---so there is no stretch material like Spandex in the fabric. **Q: Those pants have no zipper fly, correct? Only button? I just want to make sure, thank you!** A: 505 have a zipper fly. The 501 have a button fly. **Q: Are these jeans manufactured in Mexico?** A: Out of five pair I ordered, three were made in Mexico. I returned them all for paper-thin, stiff, bad quality. One pair (501's) was made in Egypt.
