But I couldn't get mine to spray anyting. I work for 43 years in the Collision industry and know how to make things work this would not work. And Amazon wouldn't let me return it sucks sucks sucks don't waste your money on this one and buy one that's more expensive from Eastwood. **Q: what is the diameter of the nozzle?** A: approximately 3/8 to 1/2 inch. It doesn't spray a fan pattern as a typical nozzle. It has 4 90 degree holes that spray omnidirectionally. **Q: What is the recommended [minimum] compressor tank size to operate this gun consistently?** A: I wouldn't recommend this gun for any purpose. I could not make mine work. I'm a retired professional from collision repair and missed the window and sending it back.I would look at the reviews before you consider purchasing this. I would recommend something that cost more although I purchased this brand before in other air tools. **Q: can you spray ospho in tcp global air rust proofing gun?** A: I have not sprayed Ospho. I couldn't get anything to spray this gun read the reviews I wish I would have first I wouldn't recommend anyone buying this. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ bon *by M***G on 1 May 2025* fonctionne bien mais le réservoir est petit donc a remplir souvent ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Done a great job *by D***D on 6 July 2025* Never owned a underseal sprayer before. This was a great purchase. Very easy to get to all areas with flexi hose. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Makes spraying lanolin undercoating a breeze *by D***D on 16 November 2025* I purchased this spray gun to apply a lanolin undercoat (PB Blaster Surface Shield) to my truck for winter protection. It worked great! I paired it with my 200psi 26gallon Fortress air compressor from Harbor Freight and set it at 85-90psi. It covered quickly with minimal overspray. I didn’t use the extension hoses so I cannot comment on those, but the gun made spraying the undercoat much faster than using aerosol cans. I will be using it once a year so it should hold up well for my needs. There are probably better options for a professional, but it did the job and did it well. ## Frequently Bought Together - TCP Global Air Undercoating Spray Gun with Gauge, Suction Feed Cup & 2 Wands - 22" Long Flexible Extension Wand with Multi-Directional Nozzle - Sprayable Bed Liner, Rubberized Truck Undercoating - Fluid Film Black Non-Aerosol, Long Lasting Corrosion, Penetrant & Lubricant, Anti-Rust Coating, Protects All Metals in Marine and Undercoating in Automotive & Snow-Handling Vehicles, 1 Gallon - Fluid Film 1 Gallon Can Rust Inhibitor Rust Prevention Anti Corrosion Anti Rust Coating Undercoating Underbody Rust Proofing Corrosion Protection for Truck Snow Blower Mower Car Semi Tractor Bus --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/376830438-tcp-global-air-rust-proofing-and-undercoating-gun-with-gauge](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/376830438-tcp-global-air-rust-proofing-and-undercoating-gun-with-gauge) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
