Review: great - never knew these pens were so good, refreshed the bathroom with little to no effort. Do yourself a favour practice a bit on an out of sight area. I off course went straight in and went too heavy and had to wipe a lot away. Good product - saved the look of the tiled wall.
Review: Easy to use, good coverage - Before vs after looks great! Really brightens up our bathroom tiles. The applicator was easy to use. This was after one coat, used probably most of one pen. Time will tell if it lasts but can always go over again if it starts to fade. Good value for money.

**Q: The Grout Pen I received has a dry white tip, is it broken or did I receive the wrong colour?**
A: Tips need to be primed before use, all brand-new Grout Pens have a dry white tip until they are activated.

**Q: The tip of my Grout Pen fell out or is worn down, is my pen broken?**
A: Tips are designed to be removable so when a tip becomes worn or damaged it can be taken out and flipped over. If the tip falls out do not worry, simply put it back in and keep working.

**Q: Do I need to press down hard while moving the pen along the grout lines?**
A: Pressing hard will damage the tip. It's better to prime the pen by pressing up and down until the ink flows to the tip. Once the tip is fully saturated, lightly move the pen across the grout line.

**Q: The colour of the pen cap is not exactly the colour I want**
A: The Grout Pen colour chart is a good representation, please keep in mind that computer screens can display slightly different colour spectrums, it is recommended to do a small test area first if you are not sure about the colour.
