He was alone and the oven fell and dented in front of us. desertcart offered a discount and we were able to do some repairs on it so you cannot tell unless you know where to look. The gas company made sure everything was functional and it works great. I love that I get the best of both worlds with gas stovetop and electric oven. This has a beautiful look at a fraction of the cost of other 36" ovens. It doesn't have wifi or all of the crazy new features but I like that. It is an attractive functional oven with everything you need and fewer gadgets to break later down the line.
