Where else? **Q: What is the weight limit?** A: The weight limit is listed in the description as 440lbs. **Q: Why does this need anchored into concrete? Any reason I can’t lag it into a 2x12 beam in basement?** A: You don't need to anchor it to a concrete wall (however, it does include concrete anchors for those that do have a concrete/ concrete block wall). The alternative would be a sturdy & strong beam or a 2x12 beam section securely screwed onto vertical wall studs. As long as it is a sturdy and safe installation, you should be fine. **Q: Can I hang a heavy bag from this?** A: Sure but you really need to anchor this bar into the studs and of course it's not spaced correctly to make it easy. You have to run horizontal 2x4's anchored into the studs then hit those with the anchors for the bar.
