Review: F drive not accessible does not work - This item does not work. Used a laptop to try and download the drivers. Once I downloaded the drivers, I followed the instructions and plugged in the USB with the digital photo album attached. It kept telling me that I need to format the disk. I clicked on "OK", and it gives me an error message - F:drive is not accessible cannot be found or cannot be formatted! This item also does not retain a charge without being plugged in. Total waste of money. DO NOT BUY IT

This item does not work. Used a laptop to try and download the drivers. Once I downloaded the drivers, I followed the instructions and plugged in the USB with the digital photo album attached. it didn't work, had power when plugged in, couldn't upload photos, didn't have power if not plugged in, etc purchased as gift so didn't know until after window for returning was over and no way to contact seller to correct
