A: The original is medium, the hot will say on front label

**Q: The bottles have a small notch on the bottom. What do you think this is for?**

A great all-around traditional hot sauce!

*by R***N on Reviewed in the United States on 19 June 2023*

Although I now live in Oregon, I'm originally a North Carolina girl. And one of my favorite things from there is Texas Pete hot sauce! If you walk into nearly any restaurant in North Carolina, you're bound to see a bottle of Texas Pete on every table.....because it's soooooo good! It doesn't have the burn of Tabasco, and it compliments stews, roasts, chicken, seafood, steaks, burgers.....you get the point! If you want a really good "traditional" hot sauce to keep in your kitchen, then I highly recommend Texas Pete!

Had it shipped to the Philippines… yes it’s that good

*by R***X on Reviewed in the United States on 27 May 2024*

We needed a little taste of home, and Texas Pete was always our “go to” for hot sauce. We moved to the Philippines about 4 months ago and although there is no lack of imported goods here, it turns out hot sauce is one of the hardest things to find in the Philippines, so thank goodness for Amazon. 🙏🏼
