Don't be fooled by the low dosage on the label. This product delivers concentrated, natural vitamins that can make a lasting difference to your health and endurance. This bottle includes enough tablets for one month. The tablets are about the same diameter as a typical aspirin, but about 1/3 as thick, so swallowing them is fairly easy. In addition, the tablets aren't heavily coated, so even people with digestive issues can get full benefit from all the vitamins in Catalyn. If you're looking for an artificial product that makes you feel great from the first day, this probably isn't a good choice. However, if you want to build (or rebuild) lasting health with real vitamins, you're likely to notice a gradual improvement that builds over a period of weeks, and remains stable, even if you miss a day or two (or three). For me, it performs favorably when compared with Source Naturals, Now products, and other high-end health food store brands.
