However, these smoothies are so good that I have been drinking them more now than my own homemade smoothies. I have tried many different variations, but my favorite includes adding a banana, unsweetened almond milk, and either peanut butter powder or cashew butter. Coconut water also works if you want a less filling option. I've tried adding other ingredients, such as coconut oil, chia seeds, or flaxseed, and all work well with Leap. You definitely need to add ice for a cold drink.I like that Leap's smoothie mixes are nutritional, and free of added sugars or artificial sweeteners (including stevia). If I had to rank my favorites, they would be Blue, Red, and the Green.
