## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this tilt left and right or just up and down? Or both? Says it tilts but doesnt say in which directions.**
A: Short answer is YES, it does swivel left and right.  This mount has a wide range of movement.

**Q: Can you swap the echo from this stand to a different stand easily? or is it mounted with screws where you can't deattach to move the echo around**
A: There's a plate which screws on then slides into the mount.
If another stand accepts that plate you're able to do that. The key is the other stand and how it matches up.

**Q: Could anyone share why having the show has been helpful for them? I mostly play music/set timers so value is questionable for me.**
A: We use our show to check in on our dogs, puppies, and kiddos. It is setup in a central location for us to see them. And we can communicate with them through it. I also love that our ring hooks to it as well. When we aren't using it for those features it's great for listening to music, watching shows while sitting at the bar, and much more. We love ours.

**Q: Does this have any rotating capabilities side to side?**
A: Yes, this mount has a wide range of movement.

The media could not be loaded. I love this under the counter Echo15 stand. It’s the perfect size and was very easy to install. I’m a female and installed it myself. Make sure you have a 1/4 drill bit. So order it along with this stand. It’s very sturdy, excellent quality. I couldn’t get the screws flushed in the cabinet but it’s okay because it’s just our liquor cabinet and I have a slip proof shelving mat in it for the liquor bottles already. Some people complained about no words in the instructions but honestly the step by step pictures were perfect! I took a white piece of paper and put it over the holes of my stand and made a template because it was a little awkward trying to measure the holes while holding the stand easy fix and so I made my own template. Took one minute simple fix. They give you two sizes of screws which I’m grateful for because I needed the longer ones. It depends on the thickness of your cabinet. Overall I love it. A nice countertop space saver. I definitely recommend it.
