The rainbow sherbet is extremely sweet. The black cherry taste exactly like black cherry so only if you know you like that flavor. This one is not too sweet and works great. It is slow release so you’ll keep your energy for a while. It also doesn’t give me a rapid heart beat like the others I’ve tried and the slow release means if you take it right before you walk in the gym it might not kick in until halfway through your workout. We did that the first time. Read the directions like we didn’t. My niece likes this one too.
