I haven't had the battery long enough to really evaluate the performance, but due to the service I received from SterlingTEK I will definitely keep them in mind for my future battery needs. The original battery I received would not hold a charge. This is hardly the first battery I've bought that was defective on arrival. Defects happen. I had received an email from SterlingTEK after my order asking me to contact them if I had any problems, so I did. They immediately replied and informed me that no return was necessary for the defective battery and that they were sending me not only a replacement battery, but also a charger and a second battery. I received them today and everything seems to work as expected. I charged one battery in the SterlingTEK charger and the other in my Canon charger. Both charged as expected and powered my camera up fine. They work, however sometimes, In my off-brand Battery Grip, I get an error message that says "one battery (Left) can not be read..Uue Anyway?" I click yes and it seems to work fine. Not sure if the issue is with the batteries or the Off-Brand Grip, but I think its the grip, so I am not holding it against this product. They work fine in the camera and have long life. I ordered the first one as a backup for my camera for the obvious reason. I charged the battery and tested it with the 60D and everything works fine. Since it is a backup, I didn't used it for nearly 2 months before I needed it, I was surprised that for over 7 weeks of storage, the battery still holds its charge at 97% full per the 60D's reading! That is why I am buying a second one so I can use both in the battery grip.
