All the pieces were included, the instructions were good, and it looks as expected. My existing litter box fits within it exactly. But: it was challenging to put together and I finally used my own hammer as the one included wasn't heavy enough to do the job. It's put together correctly, but it does not feel strong - I keep looking to see if it's down for the count but, one day later, it's still standing. I think this vendor has the right idea, but it needs to feel more solid for me to give it 5 stars.
