A worker placement mechanism, with hourglass permitted as workers, but also boundaries to perform a variety of actions. Each player has 1 doctor's hourglass running in the hospital, assigned patients and an immediate medical care, perform various types of exams and perform surgery. In addition, there are 4 more nurse hourglass that can be used by all players. Nurses provide patients medication, provide all the necessary medication and equipment you need to perform all your exams and medical procedures.
