Missing the key support element
At first I was most pleased with the materials and craftsmanship, but when I got to the small legs the front center one was MISSING. Yes, I called the number provided and they are "sending" me the missing part. But what a major disappointment to look forward to something only to find it missing a "key" component. Had all the pieces been in place I would be a FIVE STAR happy camper!

Great pool cue rack !!
The rack came in a flat box and so I thought here we go again another two hour project. Well to my surprise this rack was super simple to assemble. It is well made and when opening the box I seen it was very well protected with foam sheets. I just added some wood glue to make sure that it stays strong. I would recommend this rack to anyone...

Was shorter than we thought..all n all very nice and it feels perfect and looks great in the corner...
