I adore So Delicious Coconut Milk because of it's quality, low sodium content of only 10mg per serving, the creamy texture, how it can be stored in the pantry until opened (then needed into the refrigerator), and the value for the money can't be beat!I have bought many types of coconut milk products which I like for different reasons but THIS brand, So Delicious, is one I search for because of the nutritional stats, taste, texture, and price! I also appreciate the ingredients because it has Guarum Gum already in it saving me buying Guarum Gum or thickeners like Xanthum Gum which I use for baking and for Ninja Creami recipes mostly! If I can't find the vanilla flavor I enjoy adding vanilla paste which adds a richer vanilla flavor with vanilla bean specs so the plain/ no flavor like this coconut milk doesn't bother me! It only has 40 calories! There are 4 servings in the entire box container!Like I said, there are cans that cost much more money and have different fillers that float around to the top, have no container to keep it fresh, and the texture is not the SAME at all nor are the nutritional info!This is something I keep stocked in a pantry as I make plenty of Ninja Creami gelatos, lite ice creams, and sometimes even use this in other baking recipes that are sugar free and VERY low carb! So Delicious Coconut Milk meet ALL my needs! I will continue to repurchase over and over! Also, I highly recommend to others!

This is my favorite milk. I cannot tolerate soy, almond or oat milk so finding a readily available coconut milk is very important to me. This brand is the best tasting. I love the convenience of these shelf stable boxes. Perfect for keeping on hand and for travel. The only disadvantage to using coconut milk is that it does not froth well. Thankfully I learned I can tolerate lactose free milk. So I use that for coffee drinks with froth. Enjoy !

My husband is gluten sensitive, dairy sensitive, and diabetic. So, having an option for a full-body, no-sugar-added coconut milk is great. I use it for cooking his dishes and it tastes good in it. Coconut milk is the non-dairy milk that holds up best in recipes and that is the closest in consistency and functionality to cow's milk in cooked dishes. I pretty much keep a supply of this in my pantry at all times because I never know when I might need some for cooking.

No complaints. A good product. Tastey and fresh.

Excellent product

I am steering away from milk that contains gums and additives, but my husband still uses this in his smoothies regularly and also for baking. It is unsweetened so the taste is very bland like you would expect.
