Product Description DEWALT DW4774 4-1/2IN DBL ROW DIAMOND CUP WHEEL From the Manufacturer DEWALT Diamond Cup Wheels are designed to be used for dry grinding of concrete and other masonry materials to smooth uneven surfaces and remove flashing. The diamond matrix provides 350x's the life of conventional abrasives and allows for more aggressive material removal. A double row of diamonds rims on these blades provides for heavy material removal and provides longer life. This 4 1/2" wheel with double rim and 5/8-11 arbor can be used on many small and large grinders.

Review: Small Concrete grinder - Works great and this was the best price I found. I used it to grind down the entire top of foundations on 2 1600 sqft houses. It has plenty of life left in it so I ground down some six 1-inch-high concrete corners on a garage approach. The houses foundations took about an hour each and the concrete corners took about 15 minutes each. Dust level is very high so I would recommend at least an N95 mask.
Review: Great wheel ! 3 years of use and abuse and still cuts decent - I use this cup wheel on a very regular basis and it is awesome for cleaning and correcting masonry openings for new door and window installs. Cuts very aggressively yet leaves a nice finish. I have used my wheel hundreds of times on commercial projects and it still works great. I bought an identical replacement today because I am guessing mine will eventually die or perhaps it has slowly dulled a bit over the years without me noticing, but truth be told I can keep using my old one if I want to. Rebar does not kill it. Heat does not kill it. Hard pressure does not kill it. Caulk and paint do not clog it up. Double row is not a gimmick, it really removes a lot of material and it also helps keep you flat so you do not gouge. If your time is money, then this is the cup wheel for you. Works great on good cordless grinders too (Milwaukee for me)

**Q: Can this be attached to a standard drill?**
A: This has a threaded 5/8" arbor for a hand grinder.  You will need a large 3/4" drill and an 5/8 arbor.  I wouldn't recommend it.

**Q: do they make these to fit the 7 inch dewalt angle grinder?**
A: Yes.  When the 4 inch was too small for my project I purchased a 7 inch grinder, grinding wheel, and shroud through amazon.  The 7 equipment is a  significantly larger investment than the 4 1/2.  7 inch equipment: Grinder - DWE4557, floor grinding wheel - DW4775, and shroud DWE46170.

**Q: Has anyone used this with the herzo dust shroud? I had issues with another disc being too shallow for the dust shroud so im looking for a different di**
A: I had no problem

**Q: Will this grinding wheel grind down a high spot pushed up by roots on my driveway?  I have a raised section about 3/4” high causing a tripping hazard.**

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for concrete block

I have surface ground about 20 square feet of painted concrete block with this wheel so far and it barely shows signs of use. It removes material quickly and leaves an smooth surface as long as you keep it moving. If you stop it will dig in fast. It creates a massive amount of dust so a full face respirator is highly recommended. If used indoors tarp and tape the area solid with a window open. The dust will fill your basement in no time flat. The dust shroud I purchased didn't help much. My 12 amp Milwaukee got hot fast since this wheel is very aggressive so it will likely burn out a cheap grinder pretty quickly. Good product.
