Getting the initial configuration correct can be a challenge, but that isn't a knock on this product - just the nature of brushless motors. The quality is good, the performance is good although I am not pushing it in any way. Overall I would recommend this speed control. It's kind of a shame these don't come with Bluetooth out of the box - definitely get the Bluetooth dongle and pay for the VESC Tools app for complete telemetry and field adjustment of the parameters.
