If you don't have it get it! If MSG bothers you you won't like it but I don't find MSG objectionable at all. This seasoning is excellent for all fish, poultry, pork and beef. Great in homemade sausages as well. I use it alone or as a base for my own season blends. Great product and the price is very reasonable.
