The pan is easy to use, the recipe on the box turns out very well. Overall the pan and the cheesecakes were a big hit! I will definitely be buying a second one for next year. Side note about the recipe on the box. It makes between 18-24 mini cheesecakes using that one recipe, depending on how full you fill each cup. Great taste, easy to follow, but there are 2 tips you should know going in.. 1-leave the cheesecakes in the pan about 20 minutes before removing. 2- once completely cool, they should chill about 2 hours before serving.
