I have tried other enzyme products with no clear results. MRM has the right formulation on this one because I got almost immediate results. I have been using this product for the last 3 month and I couldn't be happier with how this product works. I do competitive bodybuilding in which I eat 6 meals a day and this product really do a good job not only in helping to digest my high protein diet but also keep my immune system going. A solid product for sure! My only issue is the quality of packaging. Some of the bottles I've ordered had pills arrived broken.
